This week was really interesting.
On Tuesday I moved to Kasugai with sister Grecco. Kasugai is a lot smaller than my last area. There is not a lot of people here either. Nagoya is only a 15 minute train ride so most people here work in Nagoya, not Kasugai. It has made OYM a little harder but we are trying hard.
Its interesting having a companion from Argentina. She told me that in Argentina they don’t eat dinner. So everyday she just eats breakfast and lunch. I don’t know how she does it! I still eat dinner though. Since she came to Japan, she has had a rash on her face. She has been going to the doctor a bunch and they finally told us what it was today. She is allergic to the sun! So we will have to get creative in order to cover up all of her skin.
We have an investigator here whos lesson is in Spanish. She can understand Japanese but Spanish is better. During that lesson, sister Grecco taught most of it. I couldn’t understand anything! We taught her about the plan of salvation and she just loves it! She is also reading the book of Mormon.
I love you all!
Love, Sister Thompson
Notes From Aubree:
Its okay, the apartment is so gross. I wanted to die when I first went in haha
The ward is so small I don’t know how it is a ward. It should be a branch haha In relief society there was 11 people including us.
This week was just hard.
